Just joined the table recently. No reads or notes on anyone.

I feel like I played this way too weak post-flop (and maybe too weak pre-flop too). How do you play it?

BB ($20)
UTG ($26.90)
MP ($16.10)
Button ($19.05)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J. Hero posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25, Hero (poster) raises to $0.65, BB calls $0.50, UTG calls $0.50, Button folds.

Flop: ($2.50) 6, 2, 8 (3 players)
Hero bets $2.5, BB calls $2.50, UTG folds.

Turn: ($7.50) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks.

River: ($7.50) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks.

Final Pot: $7.50

 my line would be to make it 1.50 to go preflop, lead the flop, lead the turn and fold to a raise
