did you really think he'd fold for 9 more bucks after he'd already put 30 bucks in? Unless you thought you were ahead. but, i fold the turn, easy.
i betcha that i got something you ain't got, that's called courage, it don't come from no liquor bottle, it ain't scotch

I don't blame you. You neglected to put him on a Q that put you on Ah or Kh however and wanted you out. Not a bad read by you, but I might fold with the board beating the shit out of me like that.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

After the second Q hit he mucked and I won. So he had a high heart or is just very bad at poker.

With 3 hearts on board and him calling the flop bet, putting him on the flush draw is a good read. If he had a queen he'd probably want to protect against the flush draw by raising unless he was holding KhQ or AhQ.

But then why check the turn if you put him on the draw? a smart player with the draw will just check behind and take a free card here, if thats what he really had. I probably fold the turn because of his bet if i have any respect for this player...No point in betting here without a better hand than JJ, unless he thinks its a good semi bluff with some fold equity.
