Not sure about the villains yet but the overall table structure is _very_ loose.

EDIT: Also... is my raise at the flop ok or should I made a probe / AI?

Reraise preflop. As played you're probably beat, MP2 likely hit a set, so the fold is ok. Lead is fine too, sometimes people will let you dictate the action to the river with a weakish overpair.
