villian is 25/14/2.5 over 105 hands

do i smooth call here? do i raise the flop? am I trying to get it in here?
this is prob my biggest weakness/leak of my game are pairs like this in this situation.

it depends on his cb stat. Normally, i'd lead out on this flop vs passive tight opps and shut down & c/f in later streets.

with a read he´s 3betting wider than usual Id 4bet this pre. given stats I´d call two streets.

The flop favors the person who flatted the 3bet, not the 3bettor. If he's a decent player, he should be very worried by this board. I favor leading the flop and calling the turn. XTR 's post is good, too.

wat you mean he thinks we have a set? is an overpair going to fold to one measly $3 bet on the flop then we shut down?

Leading this flop sucks against a strong player. He will get away from air sometimes, raise you off your hand others and mix up flatting and raising stuff that has you crushed.

I see that line all the time at the cardroom and it's soo soo bad...
