Villain is a relative unknown, no stats, although they have lost a BI on this table in 1 orbit. I feel like donking or c/r on any street loses value and only gains action from hands I'm behind. Thoughts?

You can probably reraise preflop and get it in. On the flop checkraise.

I probably 3-bet preflop and from there I lead the flop with an eye to getting all the chips in.
As played I c/r flop.

If he was deeper I would agree because the deeper he is the worse the reverse impied odds are, but vs. a 60BB stack I am happy to 3bet pre with an eye for his stack.
