with a flop with no draws, there arent too many reasons to call your bet without a queen. id be pretty hesistant to call the turn bet without any reads

for some reason i thought you lead the turn for 2. hmmm. i think it could be a worse pair if he's loose. I tend to lead flop/turn 1/2 pot and around 1/3 on the river fold to a raise.

If he is REALLY loose passive sucker and doesn't punish weakness, you can fire 3 series of small value/blocking bets like 3x $1.50.
