Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (7 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero ($27.90)
UTG ($44.35)
MP1 ($41.08)
MP2 ($25)
CO ($61.20)
Button ($5.19)
SB ($39.55)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, J. MP2 posts a blind of $0.25. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
1 fold, MP1 calls $0.25, MP2 (poster) checks, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25, SB (poster) completes, Hero raises to $1.25, MP1 calls $1.25, MP2 folds, Button calls $1.25, SB folds.

Flop: ($5) 4, 9, A (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks, Button checks.

Turn: ($5) K (3 players)
Hero bets $1, MP1 calls $1, Button calls $1.

River: ($8) 6 (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $0.25, Button calls $0.25, Hero raises to $5, MP1 folds, Button folds.

Final Pot: $13.50

normally would have c bet this but these guys were pretty solid and i was basically ready to just fold it.

lol, well i said "pretty solid" implying not acutally solid and i meant for 25NL tables.

If you never bet $1 into a $5 pot again you couldn't possibly be giving up much.

if u kept all ur bets somewhere between 2/3 and 3/4 pot you would be alot better.

that turn bet is horrible.
WHy would u make that bet?
Wat did u think it woudl achieve?

not much, was looking to get reraised to see if I was way behind or possibly get QQ or any hands w/o a D out.

plus it partially sets me up for that play on the river reppin the flush.

I prefer a bigger raise preflop. And if you are going to try to take down the pot, the flop is a much better time then the river. No comment on the turn.
