What do you all think about the following hand? Did I play this 100% correctly? Sadly, with 5 all-ins before the flop I had the best hand with K-K (although ended up with the second worst, after A-K made a straight and the pocket Qs AND the pocket Js tripped. Don't know what the guy with 6-6 was thinking, maybe he was on crack?) I was expecting at least 1 A-A, perhaps 2.

Or is it a case of just suck-it-up, these things happen?

Even with K-K, you're gambling a little bit by putting your whole stack into a multi-way pot, but so long as you've read the other players as being big fish, there's a lot of value in the play.

with that action I think you have the right price (after your initial re raise, which I think was reasonable) even with an AA thrown in.

Thanks for the advice. The only thing I don't like about my play in retrospect is simply raising the 5 dollar bet to 8.50. I think at that point I just call, or I go all in to potentially get some people out. What do you think?

I'm not really sure what you just raised to 8.5 either, but after that raise you HAD to call. You just got beat by the cards.
