The first one i don't understand why you are calling the raise on the flop. And even on the river you are definately out kicked or beat because of a set, he's not going to raise the river unless you are beat.

Second hand... he check calls the flop, then gets a card on the turn that definately doesn't help him and check raises you. He is definately pretty strong here i would think.

First hand: Fold PF. Failing that, realise you are beat on the river, and fold the re-raise... I can't count the number of times I've fell into that same trap.

#2: That's a tough one to get away from... You put your money on the table when you had the best of it, he just hit his outs. Keep making this play and you'll eventually come out on top of these hands...
Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

Oops, missed that the board was 4 flushed... Lemme look at that hand again...

I might be able to find a fold on the Turn there. With the decent PF action, I could definitely put someone with suited connectors calling there. Yea, gotta fold bottom set there, I don't see KJ making that play, however I've seen AKo doing that too... hmm. nah, gotta fold to that flushed board with the smooth flop check/call...
Hey knucklehead! Bonk!
