So hows this?
Seat 2 is a weak passive calling station, but he folds. Seat 1 is a fairly good (good in the sense of 25NL players, not FTR players) player, hasn't tried to get in my way yet. Seat 3 seems to play most pots, so I'm guessing loose weak.
PokerStars Game #2666265948: Hold'em No Limit ($0.10/$0.25) - 2005/09/26 - 16:33:50 (ET)
Table 'Scylla II' Seat #2 is the button
Seat 1: honest og ($20.85 in chips)
Seat 2: dan1451 ($3.85 in chips)
Seat 3: dahick ($7.90 in chips)
Seat 4: edudlive ($30.20 in chips)
Seat 5: *EverSole* ($5.35 in chips)
Seat 6: wilent ($10 in chips)
dahick: posts small blind $0.10
edudlive: posts big blind $0.25
wilent: posts big blind $0.25
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to edudlive [As Qc]
*EverSole*: calls $0.25
wilent: checks
honest og: calls $0.25
dan1451: folds
dahick: calls $0.15
edudlive: raises $0.75 to $1 <--attempt at showing strength, this is my standard PFR
*EverSole*: folds
wilent: folds
honest og: calls $0.75 <- the suspected loose weak and seemingly decent player call
dahick: calls $0.75 <--
*** FLOP *** [4c 2c Ts] <--the flop comes rags, and the only hand they've seen me show down is trip Ts (raised preflop, and bet a similiar flop) and judging from the mucks of other hands, these guys are willing to call PFR with things like Q7 or K5 so it probably missed them too
dahick: bets $0.75 <-- the pot is probably almost $4 at this point and he bets 75c, he's weak
edudlive: raises $1.50 to $2.25 <--2nd show of strength (closer to a 2/3rdish pot bet)
honest og: folds <--he's waiting for his chance against me
dahick: calls $1.50 <-- uh oh
*** TURN *** [4c 2c Ts] [7d]
dahick: checks <--hah! call/check..he's either got shit or a monster...
edudlive: bets $3.25 <--I don't think its a monster
dahick: folds <--guess I was right
edudlive collected $7.65 from pot
edudlive: doesn't show hand
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $8 | Rake $0.35
Board [4c 2c Ts 7d]
Seat 1: honest og folded on the Flop
Seat 2: dan1451 (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 3: dahick (small blind) folded on the Turn
Seat 4: edudlive (big blind) collected ($7.65)
Seat 5: *EverSole* folded before Flop
Seat 6: wilent folded before Flop

Nice Hand, you fired bullets the entire hand and he finally bailed. Perfect example of a continuatioin bluff. Keep firing those bullets and eventually they'll bail or show you they have you beat.

Listen, here's the thing. If you can't spot the sucker in your first half hour at the table, then you ARE the sucker.

Here is another one, Muxxy sat at my table int he spot of the loose weak guy and we gave his guy hell, he'd bluff every pot and we'd fire more bullets and he'd let go
Every hand he'd minraise and bet 25 or 50 on the flop. In the aftermath of this one, I'm thinking I should have led out with a smaller turn bet when I hit my gutshot (I was betting no matter what though)

Heh i know wher to spot the fish. Yeah he was very loose passive, call any preflop raise and ride it to the river if he caught any of it.
Good player and he is now buddy listed

Ok, but why are you limping in early position with 6-9 offsuit? It seems best to raise or fold.

69o is my favorite hand, thats why I limped it, I did later raise with it when I got it again
preflop play at these tables means little, so raising here probably wouldn't do much good anyway. The argument could also be made that I knew the next guy to act would minraise, so I'd just leave him to his own devices there and focus post-flop
I still need a lot of tips regardless this semi-laggy play type system (I did this a lot more with worse hands than AQo)

I used to have favorite hands that were bad that I would play.
Untill I lost a bunch of money catching 2nd best hand.
Now I realized its not that smart to play with any superstition. Stick to the suited connectors if you wanna play low cards i think

Well, you want to be aggressive, but you don't want to bet your real hands? That creates a pretty obvious pattern in your play.
Part of the benefit of this style is that players will overvalue their hands when you're showing strength. Why not take advantage of this?

By 'slowplay' in this sense I meant bet hard (such as they might overvalue that K) but I was too worried about the draws so I dropped the hammer

You saw the flop 5-way on this hand and flopped bottom set. There is a suited connector on the board, i'm potting this flop every time. I think checking this is a terrible idea since if it gets checked all the way around 1 out of the other 4 players will probably hit their gut draw which they saw for free. I pot the flop and push the turn.

I wanted to slowplay the set, but two flush draws and probably a straight draw

You saw the flop 5-way on this hand and flopped bottom set. There is a suited connector on the board, i'm potting this flop every time. I think checking this is a terrible idea since if it gets checked all the way around 1 out of the other 4 players will probably hit their gut draw which they saw for free. I pot the flop and push the turn.

Yeah. That's kind of the mistake of attempting a check-raise in a multi-way pot with a hand like this when there's some risk of getting outdrawn. If someone would be willing to bet when checked to in a situation such as this, they almost always have a hand worthy or raising or calling a bet with, and by checking you risk giving a free card. So you gain very little while risking getting outdrawn for free. Another benefit of leading out is that it looks weaker than check-raising.
