I can't put people on a hand anymore. I can't win anymore.

Not just win a hand, but win a session, day, or week for like 3 weeks.

Do I fold to the minraise? I think he played his hand horribly, but the call on the flop made me think he might have it full. I'd have folded to a real raise on the turn, but just minraised...I don't know anymore. I suck.

Anyway, that hand led to this hand about 2 minutes later.

Looking back, I think I let him draw pretty cheap to a flush. My bad.

No he did not play his hand horribly. Re-raising you pre flop gives away information, if he can put you on a very narrow span of hands he can play this very safely post flop depending on the texture of the flop. I love occationally calling raises pre flop against one or two opponents with KK or AA and then later trap them. I have no problem folding these hands on dangerous boards and against dangerous betting patterns.

I've done that before when I thought someone had KK, hoping to trap them after the flop with my AA.

I don't know, I've never heard advice to not reraise, especially after the flop. If he thought his hand was good, shouldn't he get as much money in as possible? If he's not sure, that's where the raising comes in, right?

Anyway, he got a good chunk of change out of me, so I can't really critique him I guess.

#1 He played this ok, I guess. I think Harrington says to call--rather than r/r--with a big pair 10% of the time, and you can really make cash if you hit and the money is deep. Last night, I had a guy limp with AA from MP, and I raised on the button with KK, he reraised, knocked out the rest of the field, and then took all my cash after my AI. Variation can score big sometimes...

#2 Your turn bet is too small IMO. I know players who call a pot-sized bet on a nut flush draw EVERY TIME, b/c of the huge inplied odds. Make him call 2/3 the pot to make his draw incorrect, which might also make a pair of trips re-raise.

Finally, you mention that you can't put people on hands...do you multi-table a lot? Playing 3-4 NL tables can be pretty tough on reads. If you miss 1-2 hands it could cost you your stack later in the session. Personally, I usually can't play more than 3 tables w/o missing a lot of reads...
