The joys of late night poker. This was at 7am and these people had to be drunk out of their minds.

Someone should have told me my A7 was a monster

What I found the most idiotic is when a WPT addict goes UTG all in with AA preflop, and a more idiot call him.

If you go all-in with an expectation of getting called and being an 80% favorite or better, I wouldn't say that's idiotic. In our home game tourneys there are a couple of guys that push all in about half the time with any pair higher than jacks, and just hope to get called. And people do call, to "keep you honest." It's basic reverse psychology, and it works very well in your average online, low stakes ring game.

Ring game online.

Hum In my experience no. NL100 on Prima, anyone going all in WITHOUT raise before is something stupid IMO. Let's say you got something with some strengh --> AK. He goes all-in. He is probably not going to be called, or if he is , it is likely that he is badly beat.

If he does have AA let's say,
1- you really gotta EXPECT someone to call you. VERY rare do I see someone call an all-in
2- An unexperience player call with AQ-KQ-KJ and get beat pretty badly

I would never going all in right of the bat with any hand. It is not a tournament hehe.

On a note, I easely fold AK to an all-in preflop.

AK is a given, but I wouldnt call NL100 a low stakes ring game, its more in the realm of "middle" stakes, where you have fish and thinking players, 1/2 of the battle is to figure out which is which.
