I'm probably playing like 15/10/3 on both tables, give or take.

Hand 1:
Villain is hurloon and after 500 hands I have him at 10% VPIP, 8.5% PFR, and 2% 3bet. I wanted to get aggro in this hand seeing as my hand has 8 outs and I could represent a bigger hand than it is. You like the river bet? Sizing on turn?

No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00 BB (9 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($465)
BB ($297.25)
UTG ($43.70)
UTG+1 ($41.30)
MP1 ($347.85)
MP2 ($49.25)
MP3 ($212.75)
CO ($38.80)
Hero (Button) ($200)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 10, J
4 folds, MP3 bets $8, 1 fold, Hero calls $8, 2 folds

Flop: ($19) Q, 9, 9 (2 players)
MP3 bets $14, Hero raises $28, MP3 calls $14

Turn: ($75) Q (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $30, MP3 calls $30

River: ($135) 2 (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $90,

Hand 2:
Villain is Poker366 and after 770 I have him at 11% VPIP, 8% PFR, and 2% 3bet preflop. I forgot to check aggression when checked to and just went by feel. Spew or Standard?

I'd check back turn in hand 1 because people don't give you credit for a queen when you raise flop and his hand could easily be a queen, but sometimes 88+ which you have equity against
that being said I'd raise bigger on the flop so I have some fold equity on the flop

if you're going to bluff river, at least make it over 100 for psychological reasons and so that he doesn't have good pot odds to make a hero call

hand 2 I'd barrel

+1

Im def folding the river on a heart and im 505/50 over a river call if its a blank.

In 1 - id 3bet a lot preflop vs this opponent opening on MP3

1st one is ok-ish but a lot of the time he has a queen, right?

2nd one you only win if he was on some kind of weird float that decided to barrel, i'd def fold river.

I'm not really sure about the 1st one. The villain is pretty tightish, so I don't really think he is calling alot of the pairs on the turn that would make a river bluff profitable. Also, against this villain is vbetting a 9x on the river profitable? Is he ever calling with worse? If we aren't vbetting a 9x hand on the river against this villain, then we aren't really repping much because we likely don't raise Qx on the flop.

Also he plays his entire range in this manner, so he could reasonably have QQ/99/AQ/KQ/89s(?) which he is certainly calling. I think this villain is folding TT/JJ on the turn (if not the flop), and maybe even KK/AA.

these are both just so terrible. in hand 1 ur repping exactly quads. in hand 2 u beat a couple of complete floats.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I love me some nutsinho berating. LOL

I could see either of these hands working out for you against the exact right opponent but that doesn't mean they're good plays. Hand 1 a scared money TAG not thinking too deeply about your range might not realize you wouldn't raise flop with just a queen and might make a poor fold with KK or AA. Hand 2 a clown might bet turn and river with a complete float but you're very rarely good here. I don't care which one of them you happened to win this time and neither should you IMO.

The only way I would like the first hand is if he thinks you're a complete donk because only a dumbass would minraise with KQ or something.

Hand 2 just makes me want to cry
