hmmm this is a tough spot, first of all your preflop raise size is fine but once the nity btn makes this 3 bet alarm bells would begin to ring. however, other relevant info that would prove useful is how often youve been isolating limpers when in lp and how agro ud been at the current table. As if you have frequently been the agressor it might result in the btn going crazy in position with aq,aj,88-jj. However i know the sort of nit regs who run 10/8 your talking about and generally they dont 3 bet without qq,ak,kk, and aa. Therefore without former history or proper reads id be tempted to fold this preflop as really your almost calling for set odds and due to you being out of position he can easily outplay you with hands you beat such as aq(ace hearts) and even hands worse than that. Though folding feels horrendously nitty you can pick better spots than this to make money. However with former history id 4 bet this pre yet the way you played this id definitely fold to his overshove as it looks alot like kk,aa without a heart or possibly ak with a heart, either way your at best 5050 or utterly crushed specifically due to the fact you are heartless

It´s my 2nd orbit and I´ve been quiet today. I got out of line frequently vs him in the past.

The fact youve gotten out of line vs him in the past certainly muddys the waters somewhat and makes it difficult to squarely put him on hands that beat you or possibly ak. Thus i will probably see a flop and if it is fairly safe i may be inclined to commiting my stack to the hand, specifically if i pick up some form of bet sizing tell. I wouldnt lead into him necessarily as hed likely shove over your bet or raise anyway so i think the best line would be to call his 3 bet then revaluate from there. Yet even with this history between you i would not be surprised at all to see him having kk or aa :/

i think a CRAI on the flop is so much better than the donkbet. Hes cbetting this flop a TON and you have good equity vs his cbet range. When he doesn't 85% of the time a non-heart peels off and then leading the turn is a lot safer. If a heart comes its an easy c/f. Checking this flop makes your life sooooo easy.
I really hate the flop bet a lot.
