I admit it, I suck at holdem, just not as much as many others - so I can sort of break even anyway...

Heres a hand (and mygod what a hand) - 4ofAkind - tried to slowplay when I hit three ... then hit four, knew I was winning but didn't know if my opp would call a All-in... I shouldve gotten some more out of this hand, right?

Please let me know how and why it feels that I played this hand sucky...

And pokertracker insulted me, rates me as fishy

Bet at least .80 on the turn. At these stakes their worst mistake is calling too much. Get in the habbit of over-betting your strong hands, you'll be amazed at the calls.

it would be helpful to know what the heck you were dealt and what appeared on the flop, turn, and river. i eventually figured it out but it was like watching that movie "Memento" which is all backwards. what site is this that produces such utterly f'ed up HH's?

no, its just the hand history format of the pokersite. the best thing to do is edit it manually so more people can understand the format.
