spino thanks for your frequent posts.

Let me get inside of you head here.

How often would you make that pre call?

Is that a button only call for you?

Did # of players affect that your decision?

If unsuited and still on the button, would you call?

If there was 3 callers, same cards and position, still a call?

Thanks for insight. YOur posts have been great.

It was a blinds stealing raise from the button (I wouldnt try to attack the blinds from the cut-off with that hand).

I'd probably also raise from the button if there was one other late position limper, and thats about it.

I wouldnt play 43o even to steal the blinds from the button

when you raised his $80 bet on the turn, alarm bells should have started to sound screaming YOU'RE LOSING WITH YOUR PAIR OF ACES, IDIOT!!!

Did he not even stop to think that you might have a set, or AK, even? To be honest, I probably wouldn't have been able to put you on a straight and probably would have paid you off if I'd hit a set, but he's got to know he's beat come the raise on the turn.

He has no right to complain. He played his hand horribly. If he thought he was ahead preflop, he should have raised.

Nice hand, and well played.

I think 400 NL on Party should be renamed "The Aquarium" because its got a gazillion fish in it right now. I think it might actually be easier than 200 NL lol, I mean ive never seen players play so stupid and predictable.

Even better, all the sharks of 400 NL have left and gone to 600/1000 NL. So you get almost no good players at your table lol

Anyone looking for easy money go there lol.. I myself got bored and moved to higher stakes, as per usual

Against a tricky lag in an apparent blind stealing battle?

i'm gonna agree with rilla's post here and say that AQ looks good on this hand..... now i don't play quite at 400 NL... but when i'm sitting in the blinds and its folded around to the button and he raises... "steal" is ringin through my head... obviously AQ isn't the hand to get it allin with here.. but i can understand the villains thinking on trying to protect his blind
You know what cheers me up when I'm feeling shitty?

Stacks and towers of checks I can't even see over. Playing all-night high-limit Hold'em at the Taj, "where the sand turns to gold."

if he's trying to protect his blind, he should raise back preflop. What y'all are saying makes no sense.

What screams "don't screw with my blinds" more than raising back at a what you think is a button steal?
