dannyd267 ???????

What do I do here to extract more from villain. That was a pretty weak bet on the turn by him. What is he saying? Should I just call/minraise/push?

My thoughts are since I have the deck crippled, I should just call and HOPE and PRAY that he pairs up his big cards for a boat higher than 10s/8s (I think he thinks I have the 8)

Thanks for the input.....

How long have you been at the table?? Any reads at all?? He either has A) a heart draw (as retarded as it might be)
B) unpaired big cards or
C) a full house already

You can call or raise to about $2 again here, but if he's on the flush draw or doesn't have a pair he might give it up right there and if he misses the river, you probably won't get another penny out of him. I probably push here and pray he can't get away from a pocket pair/ 8x.

Not completely, which might be a good thing in this situation since it allows villian a number of ways to catch up to a second best hand by hitting a straight, a flush or boat up. I would call here to allow villian another chance to complete a hand if he hasn't done so already or improve his hand which might give him confidence to fire at the pot again on the river.

He called your flop raise so either he has a piece already or a good draw. I think you lose him if you raise on the turn with the third ten showing and even if he doesn't get much from the river he might try to represent the ten himself and be into you.

Either call (and hope he goess aggro on the river) or raise it to 2/3 pot.

What did he bet, 1/10th the pot? So the three most likely scenarios here raise/villian push, raise/fold, or call/villian pushes river. Why not give villian one more opportunity to catch a better card or a card that he thinks made hero the second best hand, than raise the turn here and give villian a reason to fold? I think hands that villian can have that would make calling correct is A8, Jh9h or an overpair. Give him every opportunity to push the river is my view.

i think "call/villain pushes river" is the most unlikely scenario ever. he already called 1 raise, he will probably call another now that it is even more unlikely that hero holds the T. villain is not laying down A8 to a raise and a river value bet, or any pair. villain is not bluffing the river with a missed draw, he probably doesnt even have a draw...who would draw on that board? the only way to get money out of this hand is by extracting value on every street out of a pair or an eight.

Pushing maybe, but a large bet isn't too unlikely imo. By calling he might get the impression his pair is good.

It's just too risky to not make a big raise here because a scare card might come on the river. There's no reason to think he won't call a raise right now, but if the river is an ace, maybe he won't.

A scare card vs safe card/card that helps his hand. The eternal risk you take when slowplaying the nuts ^^
