Villain is an 18/7 donk over a small sample. He bet almost instantly each street. I could fold the turn but.....

played fine now fold river. Turn maybe a fold but donks do really unpredicable things and his turn bet could definitely be with worse so I don't think calling is particularly bad.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.

I think Reraise on the flop thats the best you can do. Than you know if he have really a hand or he is hoping for a hand.

Against such a low PFR % can we just dump this pre-flop? I can't see much good happening with this hand.

i fold pre against pretty much all regulars but against unknown donks I call and try to get a feel for their postflop play. Turn I fold vs regs too

if you truly think he's a donk, then i'm raising him on the flop. If he had a worse hand then yours then he's either folding or calling and shutting down action (donks call then shut down all the way through to the showdown if there is a scare bet or a scare card), so you don't have to worry about being bluffed off the better hand. if he has the better hand, he's probably betting the turn and you're getting out of this hand having lost less money then you did here.
since you didn't raise the flop you have to treat him like any other player in my eyes and fold the turn. you can't play your hand like it's TPGK on one street and then play it like it's a set on the next one.
the fact that the river is an ace doesn't suck you out against any of his winning range so the river bet is an easier fold than the turn bet

Isnt a PF fold std here? utg+1 range usually is = utg range, so the worst AX he's playing is AJ, and the rest of his range are pairs.

Since he's continuing, he either has AJ+ or a pair that flopped it, aka 88 or JJ. i think we beat nothing on turn.

yeah, my advice was in response to him saying that he was a donk but if his vpip was only 18, then KillsAids is right. save your money and find a better hand/situation to butt heads with

I don't understand why he didn't just bet 120-140ish on turn so he didn't have to overshovel river. Anyway, I fold.

I think I'd either raise or fold pf. Even if he is a donk I'm not interesting in going head 2 head with him with only AQo. Fold pf. As played I agree with the consensus - fold on the river.
