I was trying to string along a lower pocket pair, but not trying to scare them away? Who knows.

By the time the money goes in there is no way you can fold. Why didn't you raise the flop w/ the board paired, 2 diamonds and a player behind you still to act?

For $7 more how big of a mistake is a pocket pair making if you intend to play for stacks on a non-Ace river?

Thats a good point. I never think of how big of a mistake a hand makes by calling a bet. Thanks for that.

Flop play, flat calling? You dont mind 2 callers preflop, but post flop it's time to ISO, pot this baby up, this is a very clean flop, the pot is getting big, juice it up.
Considering how passivley this hand was played no way you can get away from it, the funny part is he got his money in while he was ahead
Your turn bet, pot is $23 and you make it $7 additional to go... what it this? there are some people who bet half the pot, thats preety bad, but this is less than half jeez. At least villian had the sence to move all in when he knew he had the best hand, KUDOS to him. your play invites suckouts.
