I actually don't think it's that bad. With all of your outs (any diamond, any J) you're actually only a 2.38:1 dog to QQ in this hand:

132 games 0.109 secs 1,211 games/sec

Board: Qd 9d 3h Td
Dead:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 29.5455 % 29.55% 00.00% { KcKd }
Hand 2: 70.4545 % 70.45% 00.00% { QQ }

Pushing the turn gives you 2.21:1 pot odds if he calls and it's hard to imagine you don't have some amount of fold equity here when the 3rd diamond hits.

horible, you beat nothing we expect him to have which is QQ/KK/AA. I think opp made a mistake calling preflop here with queens anyway. Id probably have just potted the flop and pushed anything that was left in on any turn.
I think once ou three bet preflop he has to have AA/KK here if hes any good due to stack sizes.
