BB was 10.4/7.4 over 300 hands and my thinking was they would have raised preflop with AK/AA/KK

A little too aggressive in the raising on the turn, You could very well be way behind here agains a hand like A7 A3 A10 77 33 1010 even AK (dont always expect them to reraise with it) The raise on the flop is fine i'd make it a bit less like around 5$ but you have to ask yourself why is he betting the turn and what is he calling your big reraise on the turn with, is he really calling with AJ or A9 or A8? I'd be surprised. You dont want to play a massive pot with only 1 pair. Smaller raises control the pot size and limit your losses if you are behind.
