Lukie is on a distinguished road
After his reraise out of the blinds, I put him on KK/AA since I havn't seen anything fishy out of villain. How's the line? Even with the flush draw, I think I may have overplayed it since I may be drawing to one out here...

Well you said you haven't seen anything fishy out of him so far but I think your problem is that even so he most likely will call you down with the lone K or A of diamonds...

I don't like it. If you get called, which I think is likely from villian's hand range, you will be even money at best if he has a hand like AK with a diamond. If not, you will be either drawing to 11 outs or 2 outs, or possibly drawing to a runner boat. The ONLY hand in villian's possible range that you hope will call your push is JJ, and that is just wishful thinking IMO since JJ would probably not reraise preflop, and almost never calls a push on this flop. I would either fold or call the flop. If you did call the flop, I would shove a blank turn, since you are now well ahead of AK, if you are determined to go to the felt with this hand that is. But I lean towards folding on the flop. Without a specific read, I think you have to give him credit for AA/KK here, or at the very least AK with a diamond.
