Deanglow is on a distinguished road
Villain is your typical donk. I think he was about 30/10 over 100 hands maybe. Its pot limit

daven will become famous soon enough
i prefer river check-call cos I think that will induce a bluff from weak ranges.

Most people disagree with my reasoning on this cos they think donks are passive, don't bluff, and check medium strength hands behind - instead they contend that betting is polarised towards a nut range. Generally in "dave vs reg popular opinion" situations I eventually realise that I'm wrong. This one is taking longer to sink in though, cos fish keep on betting rivers with middle pair and folding to my river value bets.

Check-call also avoids the kinda gross need to get it in vs a river re-raise with TPTK. Ac2c type of hands fit, so do sets, so do random queens, what about busted flush draws?

Couple of questions, is this the type of donk who will call with a set on a two-to-a-flush board you think?

elipsesjeff is an unknown quantity at this point
If we have his range as KQ/QJ and FD on this river then he's going to have the Q a more than the FD so we've got to bet. If you through KJ in there its a lot closer and might make it a check; I'd probably bet/fold the river though.
