I don't know if I would raise MP2's 4bet here. All you're doing is blowing him out of the pot and at this point he doesn't have proper set odds, so you're really just folding worse hands. You're getting it in vs the shorty no matter what so look to get more value from the fuller stack. Assume you flat the $4, ss shoves his $5.85 and MP2 calls and you call. Much better shot now of getting MP2's monies. I think with a hand this strong, don't even worry about the ss, worry about getting the most money in the pot.
