This is an oddly similar hand I played recently, although there was another player all-in here. When you get 4bet on the flop in a limped pot with a flush out there I think you can fold the nut straight( depending on opponents of course, but most full-stacked 50 NL full ring players are nits). Easy fold with a lower straight imo.

Problem with the hand in the op is that it's really hard for him to have any sets or two pairs. I'd far rather go broke on paras hand.
