I was looking at some stats in poker office and started looking at my AA hands and I realized I never fold AA. Ok well one time I did. And even that time when I replay the hand I'm like man I wish I had called just to see. I'm only looking at about 24,000 hands AA 106 times and lost money only 10 times, but usually pretty much my whole stack. And of course it's still very profitable over the long haul. But still I never fold AA, is this a leak or just normal play? When do you fold AA?

I would be very concerned about folding too often. Then again, I've been a pay-off bitch way too often online recently.

Never preflop.

Post flop, I don't play online so I don't have PT stats but I would say I fold them when I get significant action on a scary board. All in all perhaps 10-15% post flop. Just a guess.

Never pre-flop obviously.

I can't say if that's a leak but you really have to know when you're beat basically. That's the most important thing. If I have reason to believe someone has a set/flush/straight I can see me folding depending on the situation (pot odds, implied odds, etc) but other than that, I can't see many situations when someone should.

I think the overall chance to win with aces is 71% (?!?!) ... so basically just fold the other 29% *laughs*

Just looked into PT, I folded AA post three times in 52 this month.

Villian in #1 and #2 is a 16-tabling 10/6/3.5 bot with whom I´m sharing tables for months. He´s static and straightforward. Call flop raise turn is his std line with sets, #2 looks pretty weak, but his range on flop is soooo leaned towards 66-88 and rarely 99/TT

Hand #1, couldnt AQ be in his range? although the min raise is annoying. Some one playing 10/6 is pretty tight, is that just PP's?
3 3 3 I'm only half evil.

I usually make bigger PFRs by a bb or two. Also, I think hand #2 is a super-easy call.

#1 & #2 are very read dependant. He doesnt raise TPTK and even if he had AQ once in a while, I´m still far behind his range

when i fold them, its often blatantly obvious post flop...like 4 flush and 4 straight of which i have neither with villain betting like a maniac.

when i fold/call with them pre, its a misclick likely to tilt the bujeezus out of me.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

It depends. You probaby should also throw in some suited connector kinda stuff and retarded stuff like KQ (heavily discounted, but it's there.)

Also, I think we're still about even against the 99-44 range give the bet and pot sizes.

Look this bet up please.
