Sorry but i am a newb to all this can so can some explain to me whats the best way to post the hand history from PP. also what does cut the fluff out mean... my folded hands?

You can post an entire hand history. People just won't read it.

If you edit out hands where you fold without any difficult decision (ie folding preflop or folding on a flop that you completely missed) then it will be easier for people to read. These hands that you have nothing to do with are just fluff hands.

Also, there is a length to each post and most complete hand histories exceed that length. If your post gets cut off mid sentence, that's becuase it's hit the 2500 word limit and you need to split it into several posts.
