Fold the river you've really got no option with the one card straight + back door flush

As for the rest of your play...
Preflop its fine, just limping UTG with 7's
Post flop, it could be better... Raise to $3-$4 on the flop to get a better idea of what you are up against. If he called the raise you could put him on two pair/straight draw.

With the staright draw coming out on the flop + opening up a flush draw its really hard to know where you are with the reraise.

As for the river, I would have folded it all day long unless you have a great read.

your turn raise sucks!!! make it like 6.50-7
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Preflop and flop are OK, though I *probably* raise the flop bet.

What is your reason for raising the turn? If it's to price out draws you have to make an appropriately sized raise. Raising is the right idea, but you have to raise harder.

The river bet into you sucks, but I probably call it.

Unless the opp flopped a combo draw and/or hit a straight on the turn, I can't see a how back door flush sticks around. A6 is a maybe... but that seems somewhat unlikely; I think we're good a fair amount of the time here assuming that there is some element of typical bizzare/fishy 25NL play.
