Okay I don't have the authentic hand history but I still remember the hand because its been plaguing me so:

I pick up wired 7s from early middle. EP player raised $2.75, I call, LP player calls. Flop comes 879 all different suits. EP player bets the pot. I reraise all in. LPP calls with his SS. EP thinks about it for a while then folds.
LPP was top paired with a gutshot. He missed I won the pot.

My predicament here is that could I have had more value for my hand here?? First of all I put EP player on a big hand because of his raise and a pot size bet on the flop. When the flop came 978, I was worried that LPP was on a straight draw and I didn't want to give him a cheap turn just by calling EPs pot size bet. So I pushed all-in. But the more I dwell on the hand. I think I could have just called EPPs pot-size bet and hoping that LPP will go all-in. Inducing a re-raise all-in on EPPs part. Although there is the scenerio where EPP will catch his 2-outer on the turn or river giving him a set over set win and nearly destacking me. I'm intersted to get some opinions on how others my have played this type of hand here.

I don't think you want this hand 3 way after the flop.

You do not want this hand 3 way after the flop too many draws out there... AT, AJ, KJ, QJ, QT, KT, 66, these are all very viable hands for a player to call with preflop some of them leaving them with 8 outs others with 4 I rather not even have that out there... 2 ways is the way to go

Play looks fine to me...
I am that fish...

currently broke as a joke...
