You have position on him, reraise and define your hand. If he comes over the top or raises again on later streets you can get out. But defining your hand here is the best for a couple of reasons.

1. You might take down the hand right here.
2. It might give him fits and freeze his raising on later streets.
3. If he is really strong, it will give him an oppurtunity to show you.
