I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Any idea whether he would call a 3bet light? Some LAG's will only call a 3bet with J-J+/A-K, some (crappy ones) will call with anything they open with.

Any idea whether he is capable of a big bluff on the flop? It could be A-K but it could easily be J-J+. I don't like 3betting K-Q preflop without an idea of what my opponents calling range to a 3bet is.

I agree with Jack and spoon that this is pretty bad without reads/notes.

I don't think its that terrible against a really loose player but calling the flop all in is kinda bad since you only really beat a bluff. Even Mr Laggy is probably not pushing light vs a tight player here.

LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

Without a good read on the guy, it looks horrible. At 100nl, you should know by now that staking off with TPGK is not a good idea.. usually. So get a stronger read first.

His opening range on the button is pretty huge so you rate to be ahead of his range. But how is the hand likely to play out?

If you call the hand you are most likely to flop is top pair good kicker. The pot will be $8.50 and there is $90 left, that's presumably too much money to expect him to put in with a hand worse than yours, so you are left trying to exercise pot control while OOP and you have no idea what he has.

If you raise he should fold most of his range - the bits you are beating, and call with say TT+ AQ+ (a loose range) which has you crushed on this flop. But I don't know if that makes raising bad, how often does he have to fold for it to be good? Say you 3-bet to $10 if he folds 70% of the time more or less then you win? Is his range wide enough to fold that much?

Without knowing anything about him I probably fold or call and look to play a small pot with tp.
Must get more aggressive - Tonight we dine in $25NL! rah rah rah! etc
