 He opened for 12x the bb UTG... and CO called... What about reads on the CO? Meh.. if he is a complete maniac I might push preflop. I'm more worried about maybe CO trapping his huge raise with AA-KK...

 pf is fine if you think you are way ahead of his range.

call on the flop, you are getting 4:1 here, and while he probably has an ace, the times that he has 2 hearts, of 9x, or TT/JJish, plus your 2 outs vs an ace makes this call +EV.
