1- Reraise to $1 or so and bet flop.
2- Standard at most lower stakes. Someone will call with any A
3- Depends on the player. He could just as easily have a flush draw as a set/boat
4- I'd lead out with this many in the pot. It builds a pot nicely for when you hit.
5- I'd be inclined to reraise him. Watch out if he calls and a club hits the turn though.

Don't include results. And use a hand coverter if possible. If the FTR converter doesn't work for your site, try this one: http://www.neildewhurst.com/hand-converter/

1. Reraise pre-flop. As played, flop fold is good.
2. This is fine.
3. I raise flop, as played fold turn.
4. Definitely bet this flop.
5. Raise flop and rep an overpair. If he calls, then slow down on the turn.
