I have been in a funk. I don't know if my cards suck, I suck or my luck sucks. These hands are typical. Am I letting this effect my play? I am a typical 17/14/3 TAG, but am I just playing frustrated? Can I get some hand reviews on my play...

1st hand (88): This is fine, you got ul, w/e.
2nd hand (A6o): This spot sucks. I think I block for less. I can't see getting value out of worse because those usually bet the turn but c/f seems retarded. Any read would help that out.
3rd hand (69s): Bet .75 on the flop to build a pot with a good draw and likely best hand. As played on the river I guess it's an ok call since you induced a bluff. Again a read would help.

There's also a short handed forum here FWIW. This is forum is for mostly full ring hands.

1st hand) bet 3/4 pot on flop here and so you can really bet big on the turn and hopefully drive him off his flush draw.

2nd hand) don't check turn, fire second bullet in case of flush draw

3rd hand) this is standard

Hand 1 I think you played this fine. Sometimes I just call turn to see a cheap showdown.

Hand 2 I just complete this in 6max. Playing OOP sucks. As played, definitely 2-barrel on the turn. Just check/call a small bet on the river because his two most likely holdings got there on one of the last two streets.

Hand 3 Bet the flop. Bet again the turn. I suppose you have to check/call on the river in case of a flush draw.

Lol at your turn raise size in hand 1, stop letting the fish dictate the size of the pot.

I think what he's saying is that by the fish betting small the OP raised small. If it checked to OP and he bet would he really bet just $2? No it'd be between $3.50 and $4.50. I could be wrong but this is what i took from it.

Why would you just complete hand 2? Playing OOP does suck, which is why we want to win the pot now, surely? I suck at cash so I don't rly understand.
