Villain is TAG, something like 18/7/1.5 over about 300 hands. When this hand took place, I had him at 15/5. He has played back a few times at me, but no real memorable hands.....

what's your line?

folds.

Even if A high is ahead he can bluff you off it pretty easy. Severe reverse implied odds at work here.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

bigspenda73: But how much did you win?

optimator is the best, dude!!! For real

I three bet. he pushed and showed me A6.

Worse yet, he told me I had AK when he did it. Was my line that predictable?

Can you elaborate that calculation Renton. I'm seeing his pot equity at about $25, which is much less than he has to call.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

im assuming he threebet it to like 50 or more, and had less than 3:1 on the call, with the possibility of having the best hand.

Ya, that's a tough one. $50 into a $150 is pretty tempting with 6 outs against anything but 8x, AA and KK.

I went to $40 and folded to the push. I was pretty sure I was drawing thin if not dead due to his perceived nittiness. I could see him smooth calling AA/KK too since it was heads up. Guess I was wrong.....
