Hello everyone. I've been lurking on here for a while and finally decided to register. I'm still fairly new to the game and had a hand that i was hoping someone could take a look at.

Its about playing AKo. Here's my hand history:

Seat 1: swedbums ( $35.65 )
Seat 4: seedload ( $49 )
seedload posts small blind [$0.25].
DrJoeJoe1 posts big blind [$0.50].

swedbums folds.

How would you guys play this? And what would you be thinking? I got scared of him having a flush/flush draw or JJJ.

He bets half the pot, and you raise. He then reraises. I'd call that given the action there and take it from there.

What you should have done, though, is raised it to like $10 or $11, thereby giving you more information than just a minimum raise.

But yeah.

Call and see another card. He may make the same move with QQ and possibly TT as long as he's got a club. If an A or K hits you're golden, if a club hits you are done with the hand.
