hi
"Once we reach a certain level of mastery, we see there are higher levels and challenges. If we are disciplined and patient, we proceed. At each higher level, new pleasures and insights await us--ones not even suspected when we started out. We can take this as far as we want--in any human activity there is always a higher level to which we can aspire."

Gday!

Seeing as this thread is lacking a little, in title and in comments, I propose we discuss

'How you meet and greet poker players at the table'

Thats a pretty good thread title and we can talk about how the way you introduce yourself has an effect on the game.

Like if I only spurt out a grunty low tone 'hey' then people might think I'm tight agressive where as if I introduce myself 'HEY!, how you going! How's you day? Jeez mine's just been great. I'm looking forward to playing poker with you.....' people might think, wow, this clown is hypo, probably loose passive.

Or something like that.

Sure beats some crap thread hello, hi, gday, hey, whatever :P

Pre-greeting is terrible. Put this forum on a range.

As played I'd float the greeting and do a large post about space in all caps.
