Is this an easy fold? What do you think of my line?

Villain is tight pre flop, but I didn't have a reliable post flop read for him at this point, so I went with the simplest logic that chances are too high he is betting the value of his cards and folded. But I was stealing a lot pre flop, so it's possible he is tilting and taking a lower two pair this far, and the way he paused then shoved the turn made me think he wanted me to fold. Then again, maybe that's what he wanted me to think

Flop: ($2.40) 5, 3, 4 (3 players)
SB bets $2.25, BB calls $2.25, Hero raises to $8, SB pauses for a bit then calls $5.75, BB folds.

Turn: ($20.65) 5 (2 players)
SB insta-shoves all in for $29.85 Hero-???
