A misclick probably, but certainly not the only time I've seen this. I've seen a lot of check/fold/fold at the microlimits, gotta get a chuckle out of that. ;]

Theres also the possibility that they didnt want to show down there hand, they worry about a check behind or a call if they bet, but that usually only happens in multiway pots.

It was a draw than a semi-bluff min raise. Probably holding T9h or something like that. Or maybe a really ugly two hearts like 83h and he's embarassed that he called pre flop and doesn't want to show.
