Thats not enough info about a player to really gauge how to play him. He could have simply been going for a check raise on the turn trying to get you to lay it down, and then I think he might have been repping the flush draw on the river, and just didn't bet enough.

true, he's a loose passive. almost calling-station esque. thats why i found his river C/R weird.
