Was I giving my opponent the right flush draw odds (didn't even consider it on the flop to be honest...didn't know what he had)

Just working on my aggression on these heads-up hands.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (8 handed) converter

SB ($1.27)
BB ($5.73)
UTG ($0.36)
UTG+1 ($5.86)
MP1 ($0.94)
MP2 ($1.82)
CO ($2.41)
Hero ($4.94)

Preflop: Hero is Button with :Js: :Ah:
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.02, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.04, 2 folds, UTG+1 calls $0.02.

Flop: ($0.11) :Ad: (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $0.1, Hero raises to $0.2, UTG+1 calls $0.10.

Turn: ($0.51) :Ts: (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $0.3, Hero raises to $1, UTG+1 calls $0.70.

River: ($2.51) :Qc: (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $2.51

Results in white below:
UTG+1 has 4s Ks (high card, ace).
Hero has Js Ah (one pair, aces).
Outcome: Hero wins $2.51.

He never had the right odds to chase the flush--he's an idiot for calling with K4s.
I think you were very aggressive on the flop and turn.

yea just wanted another players perspective, it often occurs where you have top pair and want to attack people to get them out asap.

I find this type of hand happens quite often, so wanted to know if I was handling it right.

cheers wobbler!

Yeah, nice aggression! You demolished his odds to drawing for a flush draw. This person stayed in the hand for a backdoor flush? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

Do you always minraise preflop like that with AJ? Do you raise more with AK? If so, you are giving away valuable information to anybody that pays attention. I would raise more with AJ, ESPECIALLY at micro limits. People will call your preflop raises with crap, pretty much any ace. Not only that, but a raise of 2 cents looks like NOTHING. Nobody that was going to limp in is going to be like "OH NO! 2 more cents to call! i'm outta here!". Other than that g00t play
