On my part, was this a bad call? - now that i look at it, his play was representing a possible set on the flop, i called his all in - bad play on my part? (his all in wasn't for that much more so idk)

Why did you check the flop? I think given your PFR you have to come out and bet large there.

Your hand history doesn't show you calling his all-in. It shows you putting him all-in. Bad play, nah, I don't think so. I would do the same thing.

As far as I can see you put him all in for his last $2? Seeing that the pot is already about $6 I think this is good play. If he has AA or a set you wont fold to a $2 bet anyways so why not make the bet, he probably wont fold either given that he is getting 4:1 on the call so you wont lose any value here. The battle was already over preflop...

Yeah, probably should have folded there. He definitely had a set.
I almost feel like we got the wrong hand history for the description.

He's got a $5 stack, he has AT at best! That flop is perfect for you to take his last measly change and it really is a no brainer.
