Implied threat, if he doesnt have nut redraw (set to boat/nutflush) he must consider another hefty bet on river.
Plenty of better hands folds at this spot, and those who stick around for "redraw" can be pushed off on the river if I miss, I have good showdown value if I spike A or Q and I bust him if we both hit flush.
