I might raise preflop.
EDIT: Didn't notice the UTG limper, probably won't raise then, whoops.
Why are you not betting the turn?

Yah, i bet the turn most often here. Becuase you can't try and check down out of position. You gotta make your final stand on the turn.

I'd usually make it 50 on the flop, see how my opp reacts and that will make the turn and river decisions easier. Min-raises just build a big pot and don;t give you much info. When you raise more you still get a big pot, but you get some information.

Yea, QJ is just not that strong a hand. But, wouldn't he have raised AQ or KQ PF? AA or KK? Here's where you need a read. I wouldn't even have reraised him on the flop. Interesting slowplay on the turn. He can afford to do that since the board if very non-threatening.
You may have layed down the best hand but more times than not I have gotten beat in this situation.
Edit: betting the turn may have given you some information on his hand strength. But, he had already called a reraise on the flop so I don't think he would have changed his story. I think the point to be taken from this is that plrs just don't respect the blinds very much.

Imo it looks like he got bluffed out on the river, the opponent looks just as tentative about his hand as he does. If he actually held a monster he was definately missing out on the turn by not betting because of all the raising that happened on the flop.

I wouldn't even reraise on the flop. Top pair with a jack kicker is an incredibly marginal hand to get involved in a pot with when a limper is showing strength.
I mean, what limping hands which are helped by this flop can you beat here? You're basically hoping your opponent is a fish and is playing a horribly weak hand like Q-10 or that he has a straight draw, rather than something more likely, such as 5-5, 6-6, or 5-6 suited. You're either slightly ahead in this hand, or practically drawing dead. I'd call on the flop, and consider either check-calling or check-folding on the turn.
I don't think you were bluffed on the river. It seems clear your opponent had at least something on the flop, and after you show weakness on the turn and river, why would he even feel the need to bluff out a better hand? He probably decided he was ahead and made a value bet on the river.
For what it's worth, your opponent did play this hand very strangely, and after his turn check, I'm not even really sure what he had. In those types of situations, I just fold and move on to the next hand rather than risk money on a total guess.
