has he been passive?
If hes loose passive then definatly fold. If hes a maniac then you can probably call down and let him bluff off all his chips.
This is probably a fold though.

It's a min raise... I think you are good enough here often enough to at least see if he makes a real bet/raise on the turn.

The problem is alot of the players at these stakes will NEVER raise with less than the K. Its tough without a read but the problem with calling (as I see it) is that if hes passive, he has the King and will bet anyway.
You are OOP so if hes aggressive he will autobet if you check.
Calling may be best if hes aggressive, but I think you pretty much have to decide if you are calling it all the way down now.

Good point ... I'm not experienced enough yet maybe, but this was at the forefront of my mind when I made my decision to fold. Without having seen enough hands to know if he was a likely bluffer, I figured if I called I was going to end up playing for stacks by the river.

i think if this guy is mildly smart, which is 50/50 at these stakes, he realizes that you raised 30c preflop and made half pot on the flop you most likely have a K, probably not putting you on AA. This guy I think 90% of the time has a king but watch if he does it again.
