wow this hand is totally crazy.

pre-vs. a loose 3better I would be fine with shoving with all that dead money in the pot. Call is also ok. Also I would raise to at least $5 with the limper and poster.

Flop - Weak-tight as this sounds I would fold. This is a mad/ rare occasion but there are just too many possible ways you are beaten. SBs range is basically JJ+ at this point (readless) which I don't much like, but then with all the two flatcalls there could easily be a set. ... I know we're getting 100000:1 odds but you can't call because it commits you and I dislike shoving into such obvious strength.

Gross.

if we shove preflop (lets assume our opponent is a lightish 3 bettor) is this getting called by AK/JJ...
if not then while calling feels really bad i agree its best

I call pre, 4-betting here looks like spew.
Without reads I fold flop - what are the ranges and where do you fit against them? you're likely behind to at least one of an overpair or a set - possibly both. Reads would help, are both UTG and BB calling the flop here with 88-JJ? What's SB's 3-betting range? c-bet frequency?

$48 in pot even if we lose everytime we only need it to fold around half the time.

dunno, if miffed 4-bets and gets flat called then he's probably playing for stacks - against KK/AA... so if it was the flop in a vacuum and he was folding flop regardless - then yep, I agree.

I think would shove preflop and fold the flop. Too much dead money and AK/JJ are in his range.

my opponent is 12/10 and clearly capable of firing a 3bet oop here with AK as he knows ill
1. Fold a lot of trash im running over the table with
2. not like being 3bet when it appears (that for the 100th time) im raising light versus some OOP limpers.

hes certainly not on a super tight range here of just AA/KK

Does this still make 4betting spewage. Also, does anyone feel that if opp 3bets AK and whiffs hes going to check 4 handed?
there would be a lot of money out there and hes repping teh nuts, so closing down would be bad IMO when its his pot to lose.

Explain why we're seeing a flop with so much dead money in the pot?

If AK is in his range and he's folding it, he's making a mistake and we're getting a decent pot out of it.
Check out my self-deprecation here!

We should be shoving preflop with all this dead money. Folding is terrible.

I'm with everyone else. I'm shoving preflop with all the retarded dead money in there but otherwise I'm probably folding this flop.
