Here I am on the button, I limp as I don't view QJs as all that strong as it loses to pairs as well as higher over cards easily.

I don't like the min bet on a pot of $0.50 and with only one caller before me I decide to raise to really see where everybody's at and two call.

If someone had the King I'd expect a re-raise there, but they could call, maybe someone has a set or even a boat and they're smooth calling.

Now the pot's $2 and on the seemingly useless turn card I want to test the waters for $1, as I'd expect one of the two to raise if they do have the King, set or boat. Especially in the case of the King or set as they dont want to see a draw. With the raise and a call I figure I have no choice but to get out - yes I still have the flush draw but it's not the nut!

Unless you figure someone for the boat you need to call the dollar raise. there are already 2 people in for $2. This gives you a great price on your flush draw. Make the call.

i can justify the pot odds for the flush draw and I guess potential for the boat, however i'm not looking at the nut for the flush - how should that influence my call ? Make it and see what happens on the river ?
Say i get the flush, do i bet the pot and see what happens?
