1) Reads/stats help... Is he raising low pps there preflop? Basically he either has a FD, a total bluff (which may still have a lot of outs) or you're crushed. Time to GTFO.
2) No. You cannot flat call preflop and then go broke on a low flop. If you want to go broke here then 3bet preflop (3bet preflop anyway vs. most.)

hand 1: i dont like 3 bet TT IP. Given flop actions, you are either far way behind or flip at best against AsKs most of the time..
hand 2: 3 bet vs wide lp raiser and flat call vs nits. i either lead out b/f or c/c. c/r with your overpair is a mistake on this dry flop also, he had your hand crushed IMO.

I think when I look at TT from now on I'll just pretend it's 99, that would make all this a lot easier for me.

In hand #2, if you aren't sure you want to play that flop for stacks, then don't check/bomb for nearly 50%BI. As played, call/fold is pretty much borderline decision and it's shitty spot to be in.
Against TAggro player you can 3bet pf, then you have much easier decision (LoL fold) if he re-re-pops it, against nit set-farm, maybe try to show it down when he can't sell his good hands. If you want to play past flop without a set, then it'd be necessary to know something about villain's range and his postflop lines.

I like the line in #2. When you put in the raise, you are way ahead of the Button's range, and you should expect him to fold most hands here. If you had just donked out, you would risk being raised off your hand. I think its +EV to try to end the hand on the flop, since you have a 50/50 shot of getting a scare card on the turn. Once the button pushed you were obviously behind, but I think you had about as much pot equity as a flush draw, so its an easy call:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 67.517% 65.90% 01.61% 121356 2970.00 { QQ-88, 44-33, A8s }
Hand 1: 32.483% 30.87% 01.61% 56844 2970.00 { TT }
I use this line a lot and have had good success with it. Your basically turning your overpair into a bluff by over representing your hand, and from there the hand plays out like a semi-bluff. Though the call is pretty read dependent - definitely a fold against a nit and a call against most others. Because the line looks bluffy, you will pick up a little equity from overagressive players.

ya hand 2 don't commit 1/2 your stack and then think about folding. also, what was your reason for raising?
