Don't really have any reads on this guy, and kinda nervous cuz I just made the jump to 50NL. Do you think he flopped a set or do you call?

If you're going to raise TT pre-flop oop vs. this many players, make it a big raise, like to $5. That being said, I don't even mind a flat call pre-flop here with so many limpers. What's with the weak flop lead? Make it $10 if you're going to bet at all. Although I don't mind a c/c with this many players (or c/f if there's lots of action). As played, fold to the big flop raise, fold the turn.

First of all, take my advice with a grain of salt since i'm like you here posting hands and getting advice, but i think your mistakes in this hand are:

1) Raise more preflop, if your going to raise with that many limpers instead of flat calling, i think you should have made it at an absolute minimum of $3 to go. You have 7 limpers in the pot, as a general rule you add one bb per limper to your raise, so if you normally raise your pocket 10's up to $2.00, following the rule here, i make it a minimum of $3.50, probably upwards of $4.

(raise preflop to at least $3.50, instead of $2)

2)On the flop, i fold to a $20 reraise, you have 8 people seeing this flop, more often than not here, you are beat, with 8 people seeing this flop, you could be beat by anything from a set or straight to two pair. IMO, it is likely he has a set of 2's, 3's or 5's. Unless you know that this guy is a total donk and would push some sort of draw, i think this is a fold every time.
(Fold to reraise on flop)

3) As played, i would fold to the flop raise. If you call that, when i get to the turn, i fold to his shove, this looks like someone is pushing a set, and not allowing someone like you to hit a flush or str8. I don't see much that you are beating here to be honest, and it looks like a set the way he played it. In the best of circumstances he is pushing a draw, in conclusion, i think this is a fold nearly every time.

There are many ways to play that hand preflop, either limp & smallball, potbuilding raise or big, isolation raise. You chose to build the pot - fine. But after that you have to play the hand accordingly (i.e cautious when unimproved)

Flop is kinda scary, you made a probe bet and got raised. Notice, that flop raiser didn't raise only at you, he represented against entire field (3 players yet to act+you). It's most likely set, wheel or 46. At best you are even money against some combo draw (unlikely), in worst case you are up against nut straight. Against sane player it's fairly easy muck. Even against lagtard I wouldn't go to war on flop with it.
