Im actually totally lost on how to play this postflop.

read are probably irrelevant since the nature of opp's stacks.

but MP1 3 bets flush draws and calls down with pairs. other 2 are newish to the table

Raise the flop to put CO a/i and to try to buy a free river card from MP1 if he doesn't fold.

Calling down with a draw only gives you one way to win.

Yeah, i play it same. Sometimes i like raising with these hands preflop to mix up my game a little aswell, but i'm an idiot

re-raising work, but not on everybody
some people will go over the top, other will bet again on the turn so all you are doing is ruining your pot odds

also what you did is fine, you have lots of outs.
